These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 80hi7 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 80hi7 website at 80hi7.net, including all games, features, promotions, payment services and any other content or services made available through the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and players of the 80hi7 platform, regardless of whether they access the platform via a mobile browser, tablet or any other device. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 80hi7, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered by automated systems, bots or third-party agents on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a currently self-excluded player on 80hi7 or any affiliated platform. Any attempt to re-register during an active self-exclusion period will result in the new account being closed and deposited funds returned.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 80hi7 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 80hi7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify 80hi7 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 80hi7 may temporarily lock an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally initiated it.
• 80hi7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Players must supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is satisfied.

All transactions on 80hi7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳100. 80hi7 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion and will notify players of any material changes via the platform.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player may be returned and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 80hi7 may request supporting documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time or high-value transactions.
• 80hi7 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Any fees charged by the payment provider itself are outside 80hi7's control and are the player's responsibility.

80hi7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements range between 15x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Each bonus offer is available once per player per household, per payment method and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• 80hi7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once credited to an account, the conditions applicable at the time of crediting continue to apply.
• Players who have self-excluded or who have a deposit limit set below the qualifying threshold for a given offer are not eligible to claim that offer. Players in breach of these Terms are not eligible to claim or retain any bonus funds.

All games on 80hi7 operate in accordance with their published rules and use RNG-certified software from independently audited providers. The following conditions apply to all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG software. 80hi7 does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way outside the published rules of each individual game.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, 80hi7 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from a clear technical error are not payable.
• Any bet placed using funds that were subsequently charged back by the originating payment provider will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited. Chargeback activity is treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 80hi7. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, including using different personal details, devices or IP addresses to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with games, place bets or perform account operations, including any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, sports betting or any other format where coordination between players would create an unfair advantage. Collusion is treated as fraud under these Terms.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources, engaging in money laundering or using the 80hi7 platform in any manner that violates applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

80hi7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Deposit limits take immediate effect when reduced. 80hi7 will not process any deposit that exceeds a player's self-imposed deposit limit.
• Players may request self-exclusion from the 80hi7 account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During an active self-exclusion, the account is locked, marketing communications are suspended and the player may not re-register. Contact 80hi7 customer support to request self-exclusion.
• 80hi7 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. All players must confirm their age during registration. Accounts confirmed as belonging to players under 21 will be closed and deposits returned, with any winnings voided.

All content on the 80hi7 platform — including website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 80hi7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any 80hi7 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the 80hi7 platform without the prior written consent of 80hi7. Unauthorised use of 80hi7 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80hi7's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 80hi7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or service interruption, whether arising from contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if 80hi7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 80hi7 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access. 80hi7 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and restore service promptly.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 80hi7's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

80hi7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Where 80hi7 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering or any conduct harmful to the platform or other players. In such cases the account may be suspended immediately without prior notice pending investigation.
• Where a player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is completed. If verification is not completed within 30 days of the initial request, the account may be restricted to read-only access.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 80hi7 customer support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

80hi7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 80hi7 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notification displayed on the platform at next login or a communication to the player's registered contact details.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 80hi7 after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
